We welcome your phone calls. In order to give each patient our full attention, both in the office and on the telephone, we have designated telephone call-back times. We generally return phone calls between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm, and after 4:00 pm. Of course, exceptions are made for urgent needs.
If you call outside of regular business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call the following business day. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you have an urgent need that cannot wait for office hours, you may seek advice from the on-call physician through Medical Exchange at 458-1121. Please note that test results and medication refills are not available after hours.
If your call is for the purpose of a medication refill, please be aware that the most efficient way to process a refill is through a faxed request from your pharmacy. Please ask your pharmacy to fax the request at least two business days before you will need the medication refill.
