Hello Everyone,

Thank you for checking out our website!  We love to give you information about our staff, our location, and our policies.  Everything we do is geared toward providing a safe, attractive, convenient office setting, in which Dr. Savage provides state-of-the-art, compassionate healthcare for your specific needs.

One way we offer convenience is the inclusion of patient forms on this website.  Please be sure to print all of them out – not just the first page – and bring the completed pages with you to your first visit with us.  If you are an established patient with us, please let us know when any information you’ve given us on these forms has changed.

Another website feature is the convenience of making an appointment on-line.  Be sure to fill in every “blank” so we know exactly what you are looking for!  Make sure you list a working telephone number on which we are able to leave a message.  This is important so we may provide appointment reminders or other information to you.

Have you had a wonderful experience in receiving your healthcare needs from us?  I would love to hear about it.  Conversely, if there is an area in which you feel we can improve, I want to hear about that too!  Just call 482-8831 and ask for me.  If I’m not available right then, I will be sure to return your call.
